Spring Wedding

Marquee Spring Wedding in The Shropshire Hills

Tania and Matthew celebrated their spring wedding in a traditional unlined canvas marquee, where 150 guests enjoyed the wonderful views of the South Shropshire Hills. Burgoynes Marquees were involved from the planning stages, talking through options with the couple and finding the right fit for the site and look.

The couple chose a 80 foot by 40 foot traditional unlined canvas marquee with coir striped matting, banqueting tables, mismatched chairs, paper lanterns and bunting. The Burgoynes site team made the process stress free and enjoyable, with their experience in dealing with other suppliers on site including installing a kitchen marquee for the caterers.

The marquee was decorated with hessian on the kingpoles, dressed with foliage, and Burgoynes Marquees also supplied exterior festoon lighting and floodlighting to light up the entrance walkway. The marquee and accessories all contributed to the relaxed but elegant traditional country spring wedding.
